Prefer to install manually?

Most people should use Add to Chrome above — the Web Store keeps the extension updated automatically. The .zip route takes about a minute; update it by re-downloading and clicking the reload icon on the extension card.

    Download the extension package and unzip it. You'll get a folder named chrome.

    Open chrome://extensions in Chrome (or any Chromium browser — Edge, Brave, Arc) and switch on Developer mode, top right.

    Click Load unpacked and select the unzipped chrome folder.

    Pin PoScout Apply Assistant from the puzzle-piece menu, sign in to PoScout, and you're ready — open any saved job's application page.

How it works

    Connect once

    Sign in to PoScout, then click Connect in the assistant. Your session links automatically — no passwords, no copying tokens.

    Open a job's application page

    Launch the application link from Prepare & apply. The exact job — with its tailored resume and cover letter — attaches to the assistant.

    Fill each step

    Click “Fill this step”. Profile answers land in the right fields, documents upload where the form asks for them, and filled fields flash green.

  4. 4

    Review and submit yourself

    Anything uncertain is flagged for review, and answers you type are remembered for future forms. The assistant never clicks Submit.
